There is no restriction to the number of orders placed or the quantity one can order.

Question How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID (check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email).

Question What will be the quality of the t-shirt?
Answer

We offer premium quality T-Shirts, 100% fine, organic and superior quality cotton. In other words, it will not be different than any branded T-Shirt you buy.

Question What are the different sizes you offer?
Answer

We provide sizes varying from XS to 5XL. Please have a look at our size chart.

All the sizes are in inches.

Question What should I do if payment fails?
Answer

Please send us a detailed description of what happened during the payment. If possible please take a screen shot and send your query at support@hodlmytees.com. We will get back to you within one working day.

Question Are there any extra charges per product that have not been displayed?
Answer

There is a charge of 0.15% levied on every transaction by the payment gateway. These should be included while paying the amount through the wallet.

Question What is the available payment option?
Answer

We accept payment in cryptocurrencies for now. Will be expanding to different modes of payment soon.

Question How much time will it take for my order to reach me?
Answer

It will take about 10-15 working days for your order to reach you. We will keep you updated about the progress of your order.

Question The payment using cryptocurrency is taking a lot of time
Answer

It takes time for the currencies to be transferred. Please wait for 15 minutes after the transaction is confirmed from your side. If the payment status is still not shown on the website as successful, please hit the refresh icon on the payment gateway.
